By using BillSyncs you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
BillSyncs is a personal finance visualization tool. It parses bank and credit card statements and transaction exports (PDF and CSV) that you provide and renders a spending dashboard. It is provided for personal, informational use.
BillSyncs does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The dashboard is a convenience view of your own data. Consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
Statement parsing is performed by automated heuristics. While extensively tested, parsing can be imperfect — amounts, dates, categories, or duplicate detection may occasionally be wrong, especially for statement formats we have not seen before. Always verify important figures against your original statements. BillSyncs is not responsible for decisions made based on parsed output.
You retain all rights to the documents you process. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you upload. As described in the Privacy Policy, we do not store your documents or transactions on our servers.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe or breach its security, use it to process documents you are not authorized to access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
If you connect Google Drive, use of Google user data is governed by the Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
BillSyncs is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillSyncs and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms; changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
